Somer Rumm the president of New Age Homes is celebrating his 52nd year in building, residential land development and real estate. As a founding partner of Consolidated Building Corporation, he was responsible for the developmentof some 35,000 homes across Canada. He was the President of the Urban Development Institue and served 17 years on the board.
