 CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

  • All subfloors are 5/8 " tongue and groove, nailed and glued. The joints are then sanded and screwed down.

  • All specifications, dimensions and materials are subject to change without notice, as set out by the Ontario New Home Warranty regulations and this agreement of purchase and sale. Floor and specific finishes will depend on Vendor's package as selected. Purchaser acknowledges that exterior finishes are architecturally controlled and preselected by the Vendor.
  • Homes may be sited standard or reversed as engineering and grading conditions demand.
  • Minor variations may occur from Vendor's floor plans and house elevations. Location and size of windows may vary slightly, especially with walk-out or deck conditions.
  • All items marked optional are extra
 WARRANTY
  • Seven years major structural defects, 2 years plumbing, heating and electrical systems and building envelope, 1 year all other items. Backed by Ontario New Home Warranty. Purchaser agrees to pay the ONHWP fee on closing as an adjustment.
