    All specifications, dimensions and materials are subject to change without notice, as set out by the Ontario New Home Warranty regulations and this agreement of purchase and sale. Floor and specific finishes will depend on vendor's package as selected. Purchaser acknowledges that exterior finishes are pre-selected and must be chosen from vendor's sample board. All specified finishes and detailing may be altered without notice subject to availability and production scheduling; all colour and materials choices are from vendor's samples with no substitutions. Certain materials, such as ceramic tile tend to run out of stock at time of delivery. Purchaser will be given five business days to re-select or vendor will substitute any or all items specified above with items of equal or better quality or at its sole discretion.

    The purchaser shall have seven (7) days from the date of request by the vendor or its agents or representatives to properly complete the vendor's colour selection form, failing which the vendor may exercise all the purchaser's rights to colour selection and the selections of the vendor shall be binding on the purchaser.

    Renderings and sales brochures are from artist's concepts and minor variations may occur.
    Purchaser's colour selection is not valid until signed by the purchaser and the vendor's head office representative. The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that he/she is not relying upon any representation or warranty whatsoever arising out of any conversations with the sales representative of the vendor, at any time, other than as expressed in writing in the agreement of purchase and sale which the schedule "B" is attached to and forms part of.
